As we wait to find out how many Jayhawks we lose to the NBA, another new recruit has committed to wear the crimson and blue. Ben McLemore, of St. Louis, an athletic 6' 5" shooting guard, committed yesterday to Kansas saying, "Rock Chalk, Jayhawk" at his press conference. McLemore is ranked #17 in the nation (#7 guard) by Rivals.com and #34 (#10 shooting guard) by Scout.com.
Making the new addition especially sweet to Kansas fans was the fact that McLemore and his mother are Missouri fans who strongly considered Mizzou as an option. Sorry, Tigers.
