- Want to hear a pretty song? How about Tripod and Eddie Perfect singing a Christian song a cappella? I had two thoughts on this: first, I was surprised that these somewhat profane artists were singing a Christian song. Second, I'm surprised that an overtly Christian song would get much traction with a secular audience. 40 years ago Elvis or Johnny Cash could sing a Gospel song and it'd be well received, but today?

Having just purchased the iphone 2 months ago, I have found a lot of apps that I absolutely love. But right now my favorite app might be IPregnancy. Once you enter your due date, it keeps you up to date on how many weeks have passed and how many are left. It also has 3D pics of what a baby would look like during any given week. It also gives you weekly updates to what is going on with your baby during that week. I can't hardly wait for Friday's, which is when it updates our info! But the Iphone may be the single most coolest phone I have ever owned!!
I'm only a wannabe with my iPod touch, but it's really handy! I actually use it for a lot of different things. Most of my apps are FREE, but I have purchased a few and here's my favorites, in no particular order...

"X-Plane 9" -- one word... "wow." Impressive app. In fact, actual airline pilots with iPhones comment that they are using it to practice during down time. Not really a game, more of a simulator, and incredibly well done. Six different planes (jets, turbines, and piston aircraft), 4 locales, and hundreds of airstrips, complete with instrument landing systems and drastic weather variations. Wow.
