and cycled an 8-mile route that went through Wyandotte County Park.Perfect!
This is my new standard ride. I really liked the route as well as the time of day. The sun was only just up, it was 70ยบ, and there was virtually no traffic whatsoever. This ride took me about 40 minutes but I think I can get it down to around 30-35 minutes as my conditioning improves.
